See How Generative AI Is
“Actually Being Used”
Across Your Organization.
Track the ROI, adoption, and proficiency of the generative AI tools you have introduced—all in one dashboard. Genaly is an enterprise platform for visualizing generative AI usage.
You introduced generative AI. But—
Did it really make a difference?
Has it amounted to nothing more than “it seems useful”? You lack the data needed to demonstrate ROI.
- Q.02
How widely is it actually being used?
No one knows how many licensed employees are actually using it in their day-to-day work.
- Q.03
Are you paying for more licenses than you need?
You may be paying every month for accounts that are not being used.
- Q.04
Are some employees struggling to use it effectively?
Only a small group may be benefiting, without improving proficiency across the organization.
Genaly turns what you“cannot see”into measurable data.
Four perspectives reveal how generative AI is actually being used.
Measure Business Impact
Quantify the working hours saved through generative AI. Turn “it seems useful” into numbers that clearly demonstrate ROI.
Measure Adoption
Identify unused accounts for cancellation, detect unauthorized shadow AI, and scale widely used services across teams. Reduce unnecessary subscriptions while identifying the tools with the greatest productivity impact to inform company-wide rollout decisions.

Measure Proficiency
Identify employees who may need more support based on their prompt-entry patterns. Use the findings to decide whether training sessions are needed and improve proficiency across the organization.

Understand Use Cases
See what employees use generative AI for through a cloud of work-related keywords. Turn actual usage into measurable insights.

Analytics Levels & Pricing
Choose the scope of data collected to determine the available analytics and pricing. Select only the level of analysis you need.
Start with Level 1, then move up as your organization becomes more familiar with the platform. For full-scale analysis that examines prompt content, we recommend Level 3 or higher.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q.01What is Genaly?+
Genaly is a service that visualizes how generative AI is used within an organization and measures the return on investment (ROI) of generative AI.
Q.02Does Genaly collect prompts entered by employees?+
It depends on the analytics level. Levels 1 and 2 do not collect full prompt text, while Levels 3 and 4 collect prompts to measure impact.
Q.03Can we choose which data is collected?+
Yes. You can select an analytics level when signing up and change it later as needed.
Q.04Can we choose not to store prompts?+
Yes. An option is available to use collected prompts only for impact measurement without storing them permanently. However, this may reduce measurement accuracy.
Q.05Does Genaly collect activity or input from sites other than generative AI services?+
No. On supported generative AI service websites, Genaly collects only the data required for analysis, such as the service name, context ID, prompts, response text, and usage timestamps. It does not collect browsing history, input, or activity from unsupported websites. See the list of supported services here.
Q.06Does Genaly collect data from employees’ personal smartphones?+
No. Genaly collects data only from supported generative AI services accessed through the Chrome extension or Microsoft Edge add-on on work computers. It does not collect activity from non-generative-AI websites or any data from smartphones.
Q.07How do we get started with Genaly?+
After an administrator creates user accounts, employees can get started by installing the Chrome extension or Microsoft Edge add-on and signing in. There is no need to change existing workflows. An email address is required for each user, and accounts can be created in bulk.
Q.08What is shadow AI?+
Shadow AI refers to employees using generative AI services for work without formal approval or oversight from the organization. Genaly visualizes generative AI usage across the company—including unauthorized services—and provides data to help evaluate potential company-wide adoption.
Q.09How much does Genaly cost?+
Plans start at ¥100 per user per month. Pricing varies by analytics level. For details, see Analytics Levels & Pricing.
